The history of Bella Cheesecakes actually began long before I made my first batch in 2004.

Sunday dinner at my grandmother's house set me on the path to creating great desserts. The aroma of meatballs frying and fresh bread baking may have set the tone for the day, but it was my mother's New York Style cheesecake that truly made it a meal. I woofed down dinner, but I savored every bite of that cheesecake. It was an impossible feeling to forget: the creamy texture, the rich bite, the velvety touch. The thought alone still makes my mouth water to this day.

My mother shared the recipes with me, and I started to make both cheesecakes and my grandmother's homemade Italian cookies as gifts for friends and family. The following year, friends kept asking about the arrival of their gifts well before the holiday season. It didn’t take me long to realize I had a good thing going.

Bella Cheesecakes was born!

All of our cheesecakes and Italian cookies are made to order from scratch. We aim to provide you with the freshest ingredients and speedy delivery so you can start savoring the sweet tastes of homemade dessert. With us, baking is a family affair.

My passion for creating new flavors, styles and tastes would not be possible without my family's love and support.  My mother helps with toppings, cutting and boxing cheesecakes, and my father can be found scrubbing pots or running deliveries.

My grandmother and sister are always more than willing to grab a forkful and serve as my personal taste testers to see which flavors make the cut.  And most importantly is my wife, who has the toughest job of all: putting up with all my cheesecake talk and providing support through every batch. Together, we aim to bring sweet creations to your plate.
